Day 481
1 documented win
One year of zero border releases
The win
CBP marked a full year of zero parole releases at the southern border. April apprehensions were 8,943 — 94% below the Biden monthly average, 96% below the December 2023 peak, and fewer than agents used to process in three days.
For Americans
Zero catch-and-release for a year is the promise, kept. Towns along the border and interior cities stop absorbing a daily stream of releases. That is shelters, classrooms, and police blotters all catching their breath.
