Armenia–Azerbaijan peace at the White House
The win
Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders signed a peace agreement in Washington after 35 years of war over Nagorno-Karabakh. The U.S. hosted and guaranteed the corridor now named the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP).
For Americans
A closed war in the Caucasus is cheaper energy routes, fewer refugees, and a corridor Iran cannot veto. Americans do not have to know the map to benefit from a trade road that is not shooting.
