The win
An executive order barred men from women’s sports in federally funded programs, restoring sex-based competition.
For Americans
Girls who trained for a title do not have to race a male body. Scholarships, locker rooms, and podiums stay female in programs that take federal money.

The win
The Senate confirmed Scott Turner, a former NFL corner and Texas lawmaker, 55–44 as HUD secretary — the Black member of the 47th Cabinet, taking the housing brief Ben Carson once held.
For Americans
Housing is where a first-time Black buyer either gets a key or loses to a fund. A secretary who has actually legislated, and who is Black, sitting in that chair is the keys — not a mural.
